4. Warranty Service Process:

• To avail of the free maintenance and warranty service, contact our customer service with a detailed description of the issue. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to ship the product back to our factory for repair or replacement.

5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Repairs:

• During the one-year warranty period, we are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for product return to our factory for repair, including the cost of returning the product to our factory and shipping it back to you after the repair is completed
• If the warranty period exceeds one year, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to our factory for warranty repair or maintenance. Once the product is repaired or replaced, we will bear the shipping cost of returning the product to you.

• Currently, we do not offer an option to extend the warranty period for Qiongzhu products beyond the initial one-year period. However, we encourage customers to register their products to receive updates on any future warranty extension offers or promotions.
