1. This return policy is valid for the countries: United States,United Kingdom,France,Germany,Singapore,Malaysia,Indonesia,Vietnam and Japan.
2. You have the right to return 30 days after the arrival of your order.
3. The products can easily be returned.
4. We support the return of defective and non-defective products. Regardless of the reason, as long as you are not satisfied with the product, you can choose to refund it within 30 days.
5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
7. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a deffect received product.
8. We accept returns and exchanges for products that have been opened or have been slightly used. This means you can return or exchange an item even if you have taken it out of its original packaging or have tried it on or used it lightly, as long as it is still in the same condition as when you received it and is still in the original packaging.
9. With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case send us an email at contact@ecobamtech.com and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.
10. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    • Any bamboo product not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any product that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
11. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
12. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
13. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
14. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

17. Only regular priced bamboo products may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

19. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
20. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
